What is an Extended Warranty?
Customers of any item have a period of grace in which they may return an item. Faulty items can be exchanged, refunded, or repaired without fuss. For most items, it’s up to a year after purchase. For some electrical goods, you may exchange them up to three years. These are your statutory rights. Some retailers offer a goodwill gesture beyond these periods. Once the item has passed the guarantee period, they are not obliged to repair or replace the item. This is where extended warranties come in. These legal contracts allow you extra cover at a cost, giving you the same rights for an extended period.

Labour can be a major cost of any repair, with some engineers charging an hour of labour for a job that takes just a few minutes. With the CareCo warranties, your devices are covered for all three elements of a repair job. That means no matter which parts need replacing and no matter how long the job takes you are covered. Some warranties charge a call out fee regardless of the work carried out. Ours do not.
